Why not, the P226R has a 1913 rail and the M3 is designed for the 1913 rail systems.

Yes, but initially it will be pretty tight. If you are not swapping it back and forth with a Glock you just need to wear it in.

I have the P226R with the M3X light and it fits nicely in a SOE (now BDS tactical) holster.

Safariland might also make a 6004 that can host a 226 with light.

I have a M6 that fits on my 220R and 226R without a problem, I guess you could carry it in a separate pouch so you could use any holster you like.

Mine goes on and off in a few seconds.

In that case you can go with a custom injection mold belt/paddle holster by Blade Tech, not cheap though :wink:
