I just brought Sig 229R 3 months ago, and put about 700 rnd down to the range so far. However, my gun always shooting 2-3inch low about 20ft. Anyboby have the same issue or any suggestion?

Yep, could be grip. Could be the ammo too. I don't know how many times I've had my POI change by a couple inches just by switching ammo mid session. I wouldn't do anything drastic to the gun until you can absolutely 100% rule out everything minor.

6 O'clock could be from breaking your wrist down, pushing forward or drooping your head.
Try to hold the front sight steady as you slowly pull the trigger. If you can get the front sight to stay on the target the entire time, you should be shooting straight. It will come with practice.

Thanks for that link! I shot 9mm for the first time the other night and thought half the cartridges were blanks when shooting @ 20m. At 10m I was 2-3 inches low, so I'm going to use that Lee target next time.

It's likely your grip. Being consistent is good though. Have you adjusted the sights?
Go here and download the Lee 'TargetRighthanded/left handed' .pdf. About half way down. http://www.reloadbench.com/pdf.html

Is this your first pistol? have you been formally trained? like I said before, I think its just shooter error, as apposed to something with the gun.

Thanks for the informations. this is my first Pistol, and i have done any formally train at all. i am going to use lee's target, and do more practice.
