Sig 320 FS to Compact or Carry.......doable?

I already did a search here, but found nothing.

Can the Interchangeable Trigger Group (or the Fire Control Group), which is the serialized part, be removed from a 320 full size and dropped into a compact or carry frame and still work properly? Assuming a compact or carry slide/barrel is included.

Yes that's what it was designed to do. One serialized trigger group, multiple size options.

Trigger groups are the same, so I'd say yes. Back in the glory days of the P250 (which for all intents and purposes of this conversation is the same gun) SIG would sell you this as a kit:
