It also bodes well for us that the other SAN/SIG uppers, WILL NOT fit properly on the 522 lower!!!

The 522 lower also has new buttons for the bolt hold open that are not on the other SAN/SIG lowers...

SAN/SIG don't have a blowback design that is prohib either!!!!!!!! (at least to my knowledge)

This is why R. v. Henderson is SO IMPORTANT.

Henderson had a rifle that was not listed in the regs, but was related to another rifle listed in the regs. The government argued that it was a variant of a variant, hence prohibited. Henderson won.
