So since I got my sig (1:10) I've shot american eagle black and barnaul through it- both function OK, american eagle being better, but am looking for something to closer replicate the ammo it was designed to use. Has anybody tried PMC 62gr green tips in theirs? How was accuracy? Does anybody know of ammunition like (or the real deal) gp90, or that has functioned really well in your rifle that's in-stock somewhere? Appreciate any help.

GP90 can be had for a pretty penny (CSC carries RUAG ammo).
Your best bet though is to hand load and tailor your loads to the rifle.
A good quality match grade bullet like the Hornady 55 or 63 gr. Amax or similar from Sierra or Berger are good starting points for the basis of quality hand loads.

Its close to $1 a round for the RUAG
Bullet shape wise commercial 62r (non-Ss109 type ) is the closest to GP90. SS109 is closer in shape to 69 gr SMK.
When I had my swiss arms many years ago I ran hand loaded 69r SMK through them. You should have bought those IMI 69r Razor core while they were still in stock. Hope they will bring them in again.
For a dollar a round, I will take 69r SMK over Ruag GP 90 any day.

I had good results with 60gr Hornady V-max in my 1:10 Swiss when I still had it.
I have some 64gr Bergers (they're flat base, but the G1 BC is .294 so I have high hopes for longer range applications). I also have some 70gr Berger VLD Target, and 69gr TMK's I'll be trying, all over Varget or CFE223. I'll be using my NR rebarreled Swiss Carbine, and I'm hoping to get a consistent sub MOA when my load is worked out. The bullets are all fairly expensive ($0.50 ea), so the loads end up costing about $75/100, but IMO it's worth it for superior precision over anything available from the factory.

If reloading try and source vihtavouri powder, we consistently shot sub MOA with our CQB's when using it. Forget the load, but know it was good. Same with Tavors. It consistently dropped the ammo (correction....casings) from SAN in a very tight radius. It was amazing at how consistent it was in the SAN and tavors at the time.

A single stage would be fine for loading and quite frankly, perfectly suited to producing test lots of small batches of ammo. Some might go so far as to argue they are preferred over a progressive for high quality ammunition. It is all what you as a loader are comfortable and confident with.
Not sure what the cost of RUAG is these days as I'm betting it fluctuates with the Euro or Swiss $$$ - all I know is that it is prohibitively expensive.
