Your Right Gun Control is political machine driven driven by politicians,Whose only goal is the percieved appearance that it is a worthy & just cause that inflicts undo hardships on a albeit small portion of the popluation which is US . The end result is the Power to control those that would oppose a corrupt government.
 
Ugh, I wish this whole thread got deleted. Too many naysayers.
The gun is not shipping yet, yes there is a ton of speculation and gloom.

Why don't we wait until we get to see the finalized design of the gun, and wait till it ships to find out whether it will be expensive or not??

I would have to disagree. Their requirements are straight forward and have been consistant. The problem with the guns in question has been that the US export rather than the RCMP acceptance.

Oh no, not again... my bank account is never going to recover... email money transfer mechanism is wearing out...

Ya know, they said that they might put a folding stock instead of the collapsible stock. These are only prototype photos. The welded-on rail and the upside-down flash hider will go away too.

I'm enthusiastic about it. It'll give us a non-restricted 5.56 rifle which accepts AR15 magazines, which will probably be much cheaper than a $3k rifle with $60 magazines :rolleyes:
