Out of curiosity have any Canadians used the services of the Sig Armouer Brian Burke in the US and if so how was your experience?

Alternatively and perhaps ideally is there someone in Canada doing similar work on Sigs specifically with the 320 Triggers?

Trigger on the legion is pretty much the same as the regular x5 except lighter by a little less than 1lb. I installed the apex trigger bar kit and it shortened the pre travel significantly and the reset slightly. Same trigger weight which is about 4lbs.
 
I put the Grey Guns curved trigger in my Gen1 P320 (post-upgrade) and was very happy with the results. I was going back and forth between the Apex bar + trigger combo but I think I'll just leave it at the GG trigger for now.

Sadly I didn’t. Spoke with Brian Burke and was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the logistics and costs associated with exporting a pistol makes the work unviable. With that said, buying one through Irunguns that was already worked on by him would likely be the most cost effective move.

Good luck getting a gun through from irg lately. They've had my gun to be imported for the last 4 months and I'm still waiting for the state department to give their ok.
