I think I've asked this before ... but with the barrel twist on my Sig Arms .223 what would be the most bullet I should shoot in the tube? I currently shoot 55 grain FMJ's thru her ... but what is the most grain bullet I should shoot thru her. I may be able to get some bigger grain bullets then 55 at a decent price. Please help and thank you,

I'm in the same boat as you. I plan on starting reloading and have opted for the 64 grain .223. The Swiss arms with the regular 1:10 twist is designed to shoot 63 grain ammo. I find 62 shoots well. 55 shot like crap and even the 69 grain Lapua I had didn't shoot well. So 62-64 seems to be the sweet spot for this rifle. Of course all rifles vary to some degree.

100% correct. The rifle was designed for that specific cartridge and will perform best with it.

RUAG 63gr is the best (duh) but SS109 pattern 62gr will probably do you well too. The Shooting Edge is (IIRC) importing it in the PMC line later this year or early next year.
 
I've had really good success in my Classic Green with the 60gr Hornady Vmax. I've only shot it from 300m or closer so i can't comment on the long range potential
 
If I had kept to the 1:10 twist barrel, I would be going with what worked well in it -60 gr Hornady V/Amaxs and 69 gr SMKs.
