Sig BDA 45 acp

You don't see many listed here so I don't have a real solid answer. These were SIG made early P220s IIRC and I think they all had the heel mag release. They're a little outdated but would have some appeal to shooters who want a somewhat unusual well-made pistol. The pictures I've seen show "Montreal PQ" on the slide so that's a neat touch. I'm going to say $750ish.

That is the one Sig made for browning based on the p220 right? I'm thinking 700 would be fair. Earlier Sig 220s of this vintage with the Euro mag release don't tend to fly off the shelf and are typically listed around the 750 - 800 mark. Personally i think they are great value. Given the Browning is a rarer, it might command a premium to some ($800+?) but I don't think there is huge demand. Neat gun. I'd go for it.

Asking is 699 plus tax , it does not have original grips but nice wood ones..I missed out on a 9mm one about 3 years ago on here which I regret

Sounds pretty good! The BDA's original grips don't look like great grips to me, and wood grips are in keeping with the 1970s aesthetic of the pistol, too :)

Seems like a really cool gun. I'd run if I were you, but tell the guy I'm willing to give him 200 bucks for it. :)

Is it the SIG (220) or the Browning (BDA) version you are looking at? I just saw a piece on American Rifleman TV show on the Browning version which is supposed to be better finished and quite a bit more rare than the SIG version.
