Is the grip of the sig 220 .45 biger than the 9mm 220?

but if you shot low and to the left with P226 it probably won't be any different with P220...

I have to agree, the 220 and 226 are similiar in function, if that's what you mean by "not doing it for you". Shooting low and left can be easliy be rectified by windage adjustment and lower front sight (or higher rear sight). No question, the G21 3rd gen feels slimmer in the grip area, and if the 2nd gen felt slightly big, the 3rd gen. might be just right. I had a G21 2nd gen and it was extremely accurate and recoil was soft, quite extraordinary for a 26oz. gun. Both are great guns, but as a lefty I'd go for the G21, as the Sig's controls don't work for me. Come to think of it, I'd go Glock, even if I was right handed.targa88 said:I'm curious why you would entertain a Sig 220 when you did not have satisfaction with a 226. Obviously it is a personal thing, I tend to be more enthralled by the Beretta 92s.
