All Semi-auto centerfire rifles & shotguns are limited to a magazine capacity of 5 rounds (hunting regs limit shotguns to 2 rounds in the mag).

Pistols are limited to a capacity of 10 rounds.

Bolt Action centerfire rifles have no mag restrictions, along with semi-auto .22 cal Rimfire rifles.

SKBY.

The only exceptions to the 5 round centrefire rifle rule are the carbines that use pistol mags..i.e. Ruger PC9 and 40 models, Beretta Storms (9mm, 40 and 45 ACP), and the Olympic Arms AR series (9mm and 40) that use Glock mags..
You can use 10 rounds..

Not exactly. The magazines themselves are controlled by legislation. So magazines made for commonly available handguns are limited to 10 rounds. Magazines for semi auto centerfire rifles ar elimited to 5 rounds. This is an important distinction, and quite different from stating that the guns are limited to some number of rounds.

CFO just came down with a ruling for the Beretta Storm. If the mag is stamped Beretta Storm it has to be pinned to 5 rounds, but if it's for a Beretta 92 it doesn't. Even though they are exactly the same mag.

Yet another law where the item looks like a cow, acts like a cow and smells like a cow but has chicken stamped on it so it's a chicken.

I like that the law works for us but I think it's stupid that the CFC even wasted their time banning the storm mags. In a little I'm going to try to see if I can get a 7615 magazine.

That Grip-Pod looks cumbersome. Try a low-profile Harris.

BTW what type of railed forend is that?

That is the "Swiss Arms" 4-rail system. I inquired about the B&T version. However according to Swiss Arms (Biggerhammer.net) the B&T ones fell apart.

i have 1, and its DEFINITELY THE MOST ACCURATE CARBINE out there, i can shoot a quarter inch group, rapid fire @ 25 yards, and yes people do get jealous of the way i shoot, but then again i went to blackwater
