Sig Day April 10, 2011

Great day! Just got home from Sig Day the proud new owner of an Elite Dark in 9mm(not to mention a LOT of 9mm ammo-who could pass up that deal!). The lineups for range time were quicker than ever, good selection of guns to try out, and some great deals(did I mention my new Sig?).

Thanks to the team at Target Sports! These events just keep getting better each time.

Now, about Glock Day...

The Target Sports Canada team would like to thank you for attending our event, and it was our pleasure to be able to sell you your Sig 226 & 9mm ammunition.

I swung by this morning. Shot the 225 in .40, the 226 in .357 and the short rifle. I also bought 3 cases of the 9mm ammo deal (297+tax for 1500 rounds). Great fun, good to see the CSSA out talking up the cause. Thanks to the gang at Target Sports for another smooth event!

Just got back from the open house. Great experience. I'll be back for Glock day.

I was afraid the line was going to be a PITA but it was really fast.

Everybody was very professional and the CSSA is doing a great job at explaining what is going on with the Long Gun Registry.

I've hears some of the (young) first time shooters commenting and how this event got them over the fear of guns.

We had a birthday at our studio so we decided to bring the crew down to have a little bit of a birthday shoot-off @ Targets Sports on Sig day as well.

Great fun, everyone loved it and we got to try out a lot of Sigs. The range officers were accomodating and the burgers were great too.
