Sig Grips Question???

Does any one know if the 226 and the 229 have the same grip?

I cant seem to find any grips for the 229 in white

Don't you think painting it would be easier? Like... these are not done in white. The only white you will find are aluminium and worth a couple hundred bucks.

Yea no plasic grips rubber or aluminium .... do grips fall under the 100 buck limit?

If you want some good grips go for the rosewood ones that come on the SIG P226 Elite. Not sure if you can get them for the 229, but they look bad ass and they also feel FANTASTIC in your hands. Looking at getting them for my 226.

I don't think the 100$ limit applies to grips, some guys here bought Hogue wood grips and one bought two of these sets which is more than a hundred $ in total.

the 229 elite has rosewood grips. and yes they look amazing. If I ever scratch mine I am going to faint.

Reliable gets the aluminmun grips in from time to time, they might be able to order some.
