Sig/GSG 22LR replacement sights...Fiberoptic

Has anyone tried replacement Fiber Optic sights for their Sig/GSG 22LR? Are they hard to find in Ontario and are there good ones?

My eyes are not what they were and lighting not the best at 20 yards in my club at times
 
I was toying with the idea of changing mine, but the set screwith on the front sight is stripped and is stuck in place. Needless to say I swore a lot when I realized, I bought it second hand.

You could try a metric/SAE Allen key (opposite to what it normally uses) or even a torx bit.
