Yeah, same here. I bought a Colt SAA very early third gen (one of the last good ones made in 1979) in factory box and all papers from epps a month or so ago. The condition listed was excellent but its actually brand in new in box never fired. No ring line on the cylinder, chambers are clean without any burned powder anywhere on the FC and front of cyl.
I was expecting a gun I would shoot but since it's new I'll probably end up keeping it as a safe queen or sell it to get one I'll actually use.
That is what I though it come to 1540 taxes in that is a savings of about 460 and looks hardly shot it still has the Hanging tags and sig grip tag. I hope it shoots as well as the reviews say it does.

I stopped by to heck it out , I had never held one yet and I am waiting for my transfer to be complete from epps .... I am so stoked about shooting it ... They feel so goid in the hands.

On the Equipment Exchange , have you asked permition for access ? You have enough posts. You trying to sell some sig's ?
You will be able to order it from MD charlton . I already registered my legion and waiting for them to ship out the soft case and challenge coin. Thy just have to wait for stock
