With pistols that do not measure even 106mm like the shadow systems MR920 being restricted and sold in canada, I am good with 105 and change.

With the popularity of the 320, I see someone making barrels just long enough for Canadian law.
 
For that matter, why don't there seem to be compact grips/lowers for the p320 sold in Canada? I've only seen full size & carry frames for sale

Like I already stated, over 105mm. The Criminal Code states 105mm or less is prohibited.

It's always a bit nerve racking when it's that close! But if Dlask made it, they know the Canadian laws, so that's always a positive and should guarantee it's good to go. It's when the gun is close and factory from another country that it could be dicey. Factory tolerances alone can make it or break it.

I never measured it, but I did at one time have an HK PS 7 and it would have been very close to the 105mm. Probably slightly less than 106mm.
