SIG mosquito or advantage arms kit?

I have a glock 34 and i have a dillema....Found a brand new advantage arms 17/22 kit for it for 450. Now the issue is, i also found a sig morquito on sale for 475. which one do i take...the sig seems to be a much better deal, after all, it comes with 2 mags:)
 
Two lines of thought on this one. One can never have to many guns, so buy the Sig or buy the .22 kit and you don't have to worry about registering it, plus you get the advantage of shooting your Glock with cheap ammo. I have a Sig, so my recommendation is to buy the Sig.
 
Yeah aside from all the terrible reviews and experiences I found the mosquito to be incredibly small, and not very comfortable. I dont have large hands at all and it was just all around too small for my liking. I would say buy the AA kit. You will get a hell of alot more useful practice out of it if you shoot the G34 alot.
 
i want to start off with idpa, and its nice to get some good trigger time to fine tune the trigger skills on a very cheap budget. I guess the aa kit is less of a hassle. I have heard that the sig mosquito's are a real pain and very picky with ammo. folks report the aa kit is extremely reliable for a 22, some report 200-300 rounds and no stoppages...kinda like that. read up on that link above....forget it, the aa kit has much better reviews and its been around since 99. I made my choice, thanks, aa kit it is

No seriously, the AA kits are fantastic. zxcvbn on this board has one (bought it so that his #### won't fall off, after I warned him) and he just loves it for all his training and family needs.

So if I ever get back to the G15 or G34 Gen4 RTF, I'll be looking for an AA .22LR kit! ;)

I have an AA kit for my G17 and let me tell you that it has paid for itself several times over, not only financially (by being able to use .22LR in my my 9mm) but by the fact that I now shoot 9mm so much better than I ever thought possible.

I used to have a ridiculous flinch (I'm kind of adverse to recoil... yes, even 9mm) but now, no longer. Shooting literally thousands of .22 rounds out of the same platform that I shoot 9mm out of was a huge help. I went from shooting around 12" at 25 yards to about 6". Yeah, the fact that you have to buy a spare mag (or two) kinda sucks but it's worth it.

I can also speak for the Mosquito as I have previously owned one of them as well. If you have small hands, they're ok... but they do tend to be very picky on ammo. If you find the right ammo, they are a dream, If you can't find it, they are a nightmare.
