After more than ten months and with considerable stretching of my infinite patience (yeah right!) I got one of those great emails from Seth at Lantz Shooting Supplies. Seth has been following my order since we placed it last July and knew I would be excited.
I got over to the store within the hour despite knowing the pistol would be held hostage pending formalities. The many pictures I have ogled over the months do not fully represent the real thing. The P-210 has all the beautiful fit and finish features I have read about. I cycled the gun and tried the controls all of which were precise and easily operated.
The grips are an improvement over most I have seen on line as they are more crisply designed and of the same wood colour and finish as other NILL's I have. These also have the SIG "Logo" and effective checkering.
Just because most of you want to enjoy a long weekend, the transfer will have to wait until Tuesday morning.
I came home and loaded up the magazines I had purchased while waiting. As soon as possible, I'll be back to Silverdale to work on the material for a range report to follow. The pistol fits perfectly into the holster I had made by Kramer Leather so I'm GTG. As my grandson would say, "Only three big sleeps to go and it will be Tuesday!!
