Sig P226 calibre x-change kits

Anyone have any feedback on the Sig P226 calibre x-change kits? Is there a waiting period for them to ship just like when you buy the full pistol? I have the p226 in 22 and was looking to get the 9mm x-change kit if I see them go on sale anywhere.

My wife bought a .22 exchange kit for her 226. She likes it. Easy to swap out herself while she's out shooting. Quality and fit/finish is as expected. Don't remember what she paid for it as she has had it for quite a few years now. She's definetly happy with the purchase although she still shoots more 9mm than .22

The frame is the serialized part on a SIG, or the firer control unit on the p320 or what ever they call it.

ordered mine 9mm slider from questar last week. waiting. if u buy 22lr p226 first and then 9mm slider u have 1.5 pistols for the price of one 9mm p226. ordering the other way around will cost you 1.5 times more than a regular 9mm p226. go figure why is that.
