So the time have come for me to buy a need gun to add to my collection and after reading countless post I will get the p226 because it have good rating and people tend to really love it.

I will get it in 9mm cause its cheap to shoot and I already have a money black hole in .45 acp ;)

But the question is mainly which one to get! There is so many model that I have an headache!

Another question is german one or american one? Which company sell which.

I think ill need a model with srt trigger ( seem to be the best one ) and night sight cause Im bad with focus sight and e2 grip and maybe a beaver tail dont know about it

Thank you :)!

Get the MK25 p226. Phosphate coated internals, including mags. Night sights. Chrome lined barrel. Navy Seal standard issue.
You can always throw an SRT in it. I have both triggers, one without an SRT and the MK25 and the difference isn't that big. The regular reset is already pretty short.
Oh, and it's a 9mm, obviously.

How could you possibly say no to one of these?

And they have one , no five at one sponsor and six at another. Sorry I know they told you that you bought the last one made. Lol. Beautiful pistol, on my wish list.

which sponsor? And the one I have a bought a while ago. Along with my x-5, 229 elite, 226 elite platinum, p220 match elite, and p239. I am always looking to buy more.

I like the milled slide better than stamped on older models

Just to clarify for interests sake: are you saying that the milled slide is what we have with the new ones coming out of the States? If this is the case, can you tell me why this is better than the stamped?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Milled one piece is stronger, better for hotter ammo, less prone to rust, less maintenance, and I think they beefed up the frame too.

In your reply to my post, are you speaking in reference to the new US pieces as being milled and therefore stronger or are you referring to the German made?

Thanks Jimbo
