I'm slightly interested in this... but already having a German 220 & a German HK45 on the way will most likely make me pass on it.

I'm quite interested in the 227 as well...but I can wait a while before I jump on one. Maybe I will even find a nice used one after all you eager beavers decide to flip yours...

Sig makes great 1911's, I have a few.

One of my friends told me a banged a #### star in Montreal for a pretty penny... I never heard of her though (don't watch much ####). X6 on the other hand, I've heard of and wish I had the wallet to attain one! Gun #### is more up my alley

Totally uninterested in a p227 unless it is american made and chrome or otherwise silly coloured.

Truly the downfall of sig is at hand.

Ironic… That's the only reason why I haven't bought a 227, because it is made in America. If they had a German made P227, I'd buy it.

My prediction is it is a rotten egg. I feel sorry for anyone who buys it waiting for it to hatch.

A german p220 would be my choice.
