I love the looks of the SAS, but I am uncertain of the DOA (DAK?) trigger. I prefer single actions for accuracy, and that is the only thing pointing me towards the equinox or blackwater special instead of the dak. I have held a SA/DA and dryfired, but never a DAK. Uncertain what to expect, and I CANNOT STAND Glock triggers. If the LOP is like that of a Glock, I'll definitely pass.

Keep in mind by simply beadblasting the slide and swapping to wood grips you can make a regular p229 look very similar to the SAS. A great option if you prefer SA/DA triggers.

Regards.
Simpler just to swap out the trigger components for the regular ones
