Sig P229 in 9mm with extended barrel?

In some of the theads on this topic a month or so ago, a number of people mentioned that various dealers have indicated that 9mm P229s with factory extended barrels will be coming. Not clear exactly when.
Based on their website, Questar might have some 229s with Storm Lake barrels at some point. Don't quote me on that though. Better to phone and ask.
If there is a supply of P229s with factory 106mm barrels coming into Canada, then P229s from the U.S. with aftermarket barrels may not be competitive on price - so that might kill that idea.
However, given the current seemingly insatiable demand for 9otherwise prohibited) 4 inch barrel handguns, anybody that has P229s will probably be able to get rid of them all in fairly short order.
