I think you can add P&D and a number of others to the list as well. Probably anyone who stocks SIG pistols can get them, or might even have a few in stock.
The downside of the 239 in Canada is that it is all one model, one calibre: the 9mm "tactical" with the threaded barrel. If you want a .40 or .357 you are going to have to do the whole... buy a gun in the States, get it shipped to an FFL, buy a longer barrel, get it installed then go through the import process. A lot of work.
The upside is: the one model that is available in Canada is very cool and it is a fun and accurate shooter. When I bought mine they came with three mags. I believe they only come with one now, but Questar and other places have the mags.
I don't know how many of these have sold in Canada, but hopefully if will be enough for SIG in New Hampshire to realize that it is worth doing these runs of pistols. Hopefully they will come out with a .40 and .357 239 "tactical", and also a threaded barrel 232 would be great as well (it would be long enough, I looked into this awhile ago).
