Looking for an OD full size grip and there don't seem to be any in Canada, Midway has some. Are these controlled?

Timely topic - ITAR limit is now US$500, just ordered a large size myself, along with some 10rd P320 mags from Brownells. All are in stock. There is a form Brownells will send for you to sign stating it's for personal use and the part(s) to remain in Canada. Send that back to them via email, they take your money and you're good to go!

This is technically just a "grip", same as for any other firearm.

Interesting!! I have just been researching how to get a P320 Full size grip module in FDE as well as an Apex Flat Trigger and no one will ship to Canada. It gets costly paying IRUNGUNS $25 USD for each order. I am thinking I will have to touch base with Brownell's next week.

I was looking for FDE too, but they only have black in stock right now.

Would it be against and rules if I were to drive to say Buffalo (45 minutes away) and bring back a few for interested parties?

you would need to find someone that is an ITAR exporter. an export company must be owned at least 50% by an american or something like that.
you're not allowed to export yourself even if you plan on crossing the border on your own.

But is it even a controlled product? Ive posted on MD Charlton's thread and they haven't responded, neither has irunguns. Is it just that if it's firearms related it's automatically controlled?

here is a good little read posted by CTC Supplies on reddit

Non-Operable components such as iron sights, grips, various mounts, slings, flashlights, optics, and many other accessories are NOT governed under ITAR/USML BUT are control and governed by the Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Thanks. That's some good info. Unfortunately it basically says it's not worth the hassle.
