P320/P250 use same guide rod, same springs work too, depending of load required.

no idea about Canadian stores that sell it, they do sell in US, search in forum, I already listed where I got one from ... not to post links here

Any idea what pd of spring they come with stock?...i shoot any box store ammo on sale i dont reload...the guide rod/ spring it came with is one unit Im guessing the one you bought is two pieces like a 1911 ....I have the info where to get it in the states if I cant get one in Canada...you were kind enough to pm that too me a couple weeks ago thanks again.
 
I used mine with 16# spring, had no issues , was pretty accurate as well. Recoil was also not bad. I have never fired mine with the stock spring, so no way to compare :)

They did offer different spring tensions. Not sure what the stock spring pressure is.
