Sig P320 9mm Full Size

They will fit,

The regular baseplate magazines will have problems if you get the legion grip module and add the extra extended magwell from what I understand. The legion mags will just stick out long from the non magwell grips so not a clean look.

Question Again .
I have found information online concerning the non command firing of Sig P320’s . When did Sig do the upgrades to the Fire Control Unit
(FCU) . Having purchased this pistol new about a week ago would this pistol have the upgrades done !
I’m a safety first kinda guy !

All new P320 have updated FCUs.
Be careful with Legion mags - slamming the mag in with slide back can damage the ejector, which is part of the FCU itself. Google "P320 bent ejector"

BTW, The Gun Dealer in NB has all kinds of Sigs this morning, including AXG PRO and M17 safety.

Thanks for the information I will stay away from Legion magazines .
I believe the ones I want are for the P320 and not sure P250 ?

Thank You Wendell ! I have heard that the legion mags can be problematic for the basic full frame P320 is that correct ? As you know I’m totally new to handguns

As is the case with many firearms, Sig designed the P320 magazine floorplate with a positive stop to prevent over-insertion of the magazine and thus to avoid any potential for magazine damage to the ejector. The P320's ejector is an integral part of the 'pistol' and not really being designed to be replaceable, as is the case with many other firearms.

The Legion floorplate is different, for a different grip module, yes, and when used with a regular P320's grip module it will not protect the ejector from potential (over-insertion) damage, so, yes, to protect your ejector you'd want to replace (either) the grip module or the magazine floorplate. Fortunately, both are available and both are very easy to switch out.

The above link will explain what a flared magwell does.

Basically it's a funnel to help you to quickly insert your magazine however it is not needed.

If you have the standard full size grip module you can't get a flared magwell. You would need to upgrade to a x-five grip module to get a flared magwell... if you want one.

I would strongly recommend that you let Google answer a lot of these questions for you and that you take some time to "go down the rabbit hole" about your new firearm.

Googling or youtubing the following search phrases may (or may not) help to explain more about your firearm and help you in your learning journey:
