Why wouldn’t we be getting them? Just be patient and they’ll show up eventually.
It looks like a nice gun. I hate poly frames, so this makes a 320 much more appealing, but also probably much more expensive.

I happened to be speaking with a staff member at MD Charlton the day Sig Sauer released the YouTube video of the P320 AXG. When I mentioned they were advertising it now I was told not to be surprised if we don't see it until this time next year.
Sig is very behind with production due to the pandemic and supplying the U.S. military unfortunately. A site sponsor had these advertised at the beginning of the summer as the P320 Alpha. The price isn't cheap as it was advertised at almost $2200.
