Sig P320 sights.

Before everyone jump in and tells me about some new site called Google I should check , rest assure I have and haven't received a definitive answer. Are the sights on a Sig p320 interchangeable with the p226/p229 series of pistols?
I'd love to run xs big dots on my p320
 
Yes - the 320 utilizes the 226 sights for the corresponding caliber.

I have trijicon HD's on one of my Glock's and they are awesome indeed but I've had surgery to my dominant eye due to an accident that had left me blind in that eye for 18 months. My vision has been restored but due to the type of intra ocular implant I have my eye has lost the ability to focus. That makes lining up the front and back sights and the target near impossible but the big dot allows me to see to front sight easily on the target without having to focus too much on the sight and line up the silouette of the rear notch quickly while being able to focus on my target.
The p320 has quickly become my favourite pistol and barely shoot anything else anymore. I'm looking to improve my time running drills and so far the XS BIG DOT I've used on other pistols has been what works best for me. Can't wait to get a set on this pistol !
