Sig P320 vs CZ p10f

i have had a few 320 s they run nice but now, since the cz p10 is out there i would go cz all day long, lower bore axis, is my main reason.

I would go either P320 X5 Legion or CZ P10F - I've handled and shot both, and they're both great! The P320 X5L felt huge and awesome, flat recoiling and was very accurate. The CZ P10F is light, fast and felt more nimble. Both are accurate and reliable, but I think if I had to choose one I'd go P320 X5 Legion as it's a nice comp setup right out of the box and that would be my primary use for it. Nothing wrong with the CZ but I'd view that as more of a duty/carry gun due to its closed slide, lightness and aggressive grip texture. if I could pick two I'd sure go both! And compete with both!

You do understand the low bore axis has nothing to do with anything related to how a gun reacts under recoil. The recoiling slide on the cz, like virtually all other pistols hits the slide stop. The latter is located about the same place on all pistols. The whole bore axis thing has more to do with marketing than physics. I love my CZ's for a lot of reasons but the low bore axis is not one of them.

I personally find the P 10 " snappier" than the P320 . P320 just feels better in my hand and I prefer how it shoots .

Wait physics wise isn’t center of where force applies the main thing that determines how much the pistol rotates? The higher the location from pivot, the more torque hence more rotation.

Sort of. Remember the slide rotation point if you will is the slide stop which is what the slide hits. A physics PhD explained it all on a thread on the Cast Bullet forum a few years ago. His take was marketing types decided to come up with bore axis explanations rather than get into an explanation of physics as to why their blaster was better than your blaster.

Real world, I have I think 10 9mm pistols both steel and polymer and all the polymer rise about the same, as do the steel rise about the same. While I own several CZs I don't have the S2. It, along with my Tangfoglio 5" are both heavier than all the others and rise and recoil less due to their weight.

I am in no position to argue or explain exactly all that is involved other than to differ to any Cdn. Physic PHD's on here to write out the math involved. Physics is physics and marketing is marketing.

Ps writing this on my phone as my computer is down. Be patient.

i prefer the cz p10f or glock 17 lower bore axis translates into less muzzle rise, for some, lol, but not sure how fast you plan to shoot or if you ever plan to compete. the 320 is nice but maybe you can try some at a range.
