Sig sauer case labels

[2-TALL]

I recently purchased a used Sig Sauer P229. On the side of the case, there are a few labels. One of these labels has, what looks like a police badge outline with a capital (N) in it! Next to the logo are 5 numbers. Does anybody know what this label stands for?
