I will buy myself a brand new 45 ACP, a Sig P227R, a few dealers have them in stock, so no problem there, just seeing if someone have one, for infos. Thanks.

Don't own one, but I've been close a few times. I plan on buying a SIG in .45 by the end of the year, but it'll probably be a P220. The 227 certainly has potential, but SIG doesn't seem to have any interest in developing it. Few model options, no Legion, SAO, or stainless elite versions. It's honestly kind of bizarre.

I have the enhanced with the night sights and SRT. The DA trigger is uniform through its action and the SA has a little creep but good overall. I find for a double stack .45 it fits in my hand pretty good, very close to the 226 but a little longer grip. The reviews of the way the gun shoots and recoils are correct, for me. The barrel sits higher with a little more upward flip but recoil is good with the thicker grip web. I have smaller hands with short fingers and find that I need a more firmer grip, more left hand.

Hi Caramel!

Nice to see you around again!

As has been said, SIG doesn’t seem to be doing much with the P227. May I humbly suggest a P220 Legion SAO? Probably not many around, but our local gun store has one.

Seem like the SRT version is not available tru our dealers, i will have to look tru Irunguns.

I was missing a good 45 ACP, now, it will be more pleasant to go to the range.
Thanks FOC for the good price.

Well it appears you have already purchased. Our LGS here in town has a 227 Equinox in stock. Very nice. Previously owned but does not appear to have been shot. LNIB
