If you are in Mtl, check with CRAFM. For Qc, there is a pretty good gunsmith in Ancienne-Lorette, on Papillon St. Michel Tremblay, awesome guy. Gilles Hamel is a no-go for me
I've got a Sig sight tool, bought it to change the sights on my 229 but the new sights are still on order. I shoot at CRAFM, so if they don't have one let me know and I will lend them mine so they can help you out.
Vice, cloth to prevent scratching the slide and a hammer and a punch with some tape on the end will do as good of a job as any to changing the SIG sights
Watch out using the brass punch method! Yes it does work, however if you are installing or removing a fiber optic sight, they can be easily damaged if you get a bit carried away with your hammer and punch!
There's a company down here in the States called MGW that makes sight pushers for around $90-$100. If you know you might have a few pistols of the same make, they're worth getting.
The ones for SIG work on all of the P series (220, 225/6/8/9). I'm not 100% sure if they work on the SIGPro series though.
