Sig TacOps extended mags

Hi there. I bought a 226 TacOps a few years ago from my local gunshop. It was advertised as coming with the extended mags (I specifically asked). Unfortunately I was hoodwinked and it came with standard mags, and The shop would not take the gun back. They also informed me that you cannot get those mags in Canada because they are pinned to 5. I call B.S on this because I have seen the mags for sale with other guns.
Does anyone know where a person could find these mags? The gun is designed to take them and it looks a little silly without them. Thanks.

Nice Sig by the way it's one of my favorite pistols. I have the 4 original mags from Sig plus I bought some extended mag plates and installed them on regular 9mm p226 mags. Regular mags dont well in the Tacops.

I also bought new some SIG original Tacops mags for my .40s&w but they are very hard to find.

That said your best bet is getting some baseplates for your current mags. Also p226 X5 mags will work as well but hard to find.
