so I picked up a Kel Tec Sub 2000 a little while ago and went out to shoot it last week and thought I would pre-load some mags for it to save time while out on the range.
I have a Norinco NP22 (Sig 226 knock off) so bought my Sub2000 in a Sig mag configuration to be able to interchange mags. I also picked up a couple more Mec Gar mags thinking I could use them with my Norinco as well (they don't quite seat all the way into the Norinco grip frame) but the Norinco's work in the KelTec. I have an old pistol case I store all my spare mags in and I noticed that the CZ's look a lot like the Sigs... I put some snap caps into them and what do you know, they lock and seem to feed.
Did anyone else notice the interchangeability of Sig and CZ mags? At the range I only took the KelTec and both types of mag seemed to feed reliably, I will have to take the pistols next time and see if the P226 mag works in my Shadow and if the CZ mags work in my Norinco. Anyone try this yet?
