Sig X5 Scandic

I made my second range trip with my X5 Scandic last night and I'm more impressed than ever. These guns really are something special. I think it's probably the softest shooting, most accurate 9mm I have ever fired.

I am a long way from being a great shot but this gun can make anyone look better than they are. I'm not sure but I think I fired either 4 or 5 mags at this target

Very good shooting Sailor.

The X5 in upper level trim is an excessively capable pistol.

Without much effort I regularly manage very sweet groups at 25 meters with my Level 1.

P.S. The circled and numbered 8 impacts are from my buddy's Python shooting wadcutters at my target.

No, the grips had already been changed out when I got it. I was never a fan of the blonde birch grips on the Scandic so it's not a big deal for me.

That's my philosophy. Unless a gun is very, very old or of some great historical significance it's going to get shot if it's in my safe.

Nice shooting, VERY nice gun! I have always been fond of Sigs, and the X5's are the cream of the crop. Nice!
