Bought a red dot ( on impulse ) a while back while being in the US. Lost the bill and when it came to me needing some warranty work, I thought I was way out of luck. Not so: since I bought it in the US I had to send it to their US warranty center. I got an authorization number promptly from them. They went above and beyond what anyone could have expected of them. They fought through bureaucratic BS to get the scope back to me. I am one hell of an impressed and thankful customer. Thanks to all of you guys at sightmark and especially Ms Meg Ivey who put up with my moods and came through with flying colors.
