Sight Options for Sig P226

I have a Sig P226 E2. I love the feel of this piece and it shoots well but is not as precise as I want with the fixed Signlite night sights.

I would welcome any comments as to having these replaced with an adjustable rear and matching front to enhance precision. Also, recommendations of who is the best suited in Canada to send the slide to would be great.
