I looked through all the Mossberg information that I have and couldn't find it there , but.............

I have one of those that came attached to a Springfield-Stevens model 56. Identical right down to the peep with the sliding door. I am not sure if it was correct for this rifle though because someone had ground off the bottom of the eyepiece to clear the top of the receiver. Even with the grinding it was not possible to lower the elevation enough to be useful at 50 yards. I have since found a smaller diameter eyepiece.

It is called a Savage 105 peep sight
