sight upgrade for MP 9mm what and where?

Loving the gun, the factory sights leave a lot to be desired in anything but optimal light. I would like to get Tru Glo, but being new at this I don't know where in Canada to shop for parts. Anyone recomend a dealer who carries a Truglo line?
Is the swap a home job? Or do I need a smith with with a proper drift?

I ruined the finish on my slide while replacing the front sight. DO NOT buy those universal sight pushers for $60 or whatever it is. They simply do not work on the m&p properly. The front sight is really jammed into the dovetail. I used both a chrome punch and a brass punch to no avail. Had to use a steel punch and you got to hammer the punch pretty darn hard.
