Sight upgrade NP30

Did you plan on modifying the slide to fit some sights, or are you looking for sights to fit the standard cuts?

Would prefer the standard cut to keep cost lower but would be willing to get another if good reason and example can be shown

Novaks are cool but will require the slide to be cut. I'm sure Jason could do it. Arwen Ace on the board did my Hipower for around $200 and it looked like it was done at the factory.
kingsgunworks.com have some standard sights with different styles of pictures and they ship up here.

Novak has, or used to have a rear sight, that I had installed on my Norinco NP 29 so it would also fit your NP 30. It fit in the existing dovetail.

My buddy had a staking tool and he installed a narrow tenon front sight for me, I think it was King's.

The whole job took 15 minutes and much improved sight picture. By the way, you whack the rear sight out to the right and the new on goes in to the left.

Cost was $10 for the Novak sight (used got it on 1911.com) and buddy charged me $25 for the King's front sight and his labour.

Fusion Firearms offers an adjustable rear for stock cuts, and they also have a fiber optic set for standard cuts. Front sight needs to be staked. I don't know how the quality is personally, but others seem to like Fusion parts.
