Ok here now this one has me puzzled.
I had my 25-06 shighted in with factory Rem 120s hitting one inch above spot on @ 100yds.
I was given four boxes of factory Federal 110s,so I figured I would go to the range to see how they shot(this is where things get hairy). They printed low to the left. After three shots my fist thought was my scope was off.I figured before I made any changes to the scope settings I would try a few Rem 120s,and they hit right where they were originally sighted in for.Tried the federals once more, and low to the left.
I can understand the different weight bullets shooting different vertical, but I am baffled about them being off horizontal.Am I delusional?

Horizontal variances between ammo brands, bullet types and even load velocities are definitely not uncommon....that's why you need to shoot and zero with the load you will be hunting with.

This is quite normal.Using the same powder and case, but substituting a partition for the ballistic tip causes a horizontal shift of 3/4" in one of my rifles.

Good to hear.
I loaded some 120gr nosler Ps for moose, and they just shot about an inch lower than factory Core-Locts which I have printing an inch high @ 100.This is what was causing my confusion.

Am I delusional?
Maybe ;)

I once had a .375W that would shoot one load 2" low left, one load 2" low right, & another load 3" high right all with the same 220 horn bullet but diff powder & charge

I had a 7x57 that would shoot heavier bullets high, then lower & lower as you shot lighter bullets WTF

It's not unusual for some guns to shoot diff bullets vertically different :)

Posted this one before - my .444 3" high @ 100 with 300 gr XTP's. Switched to 240's and they grouped great - on the target one over to the left and 8" high. That was about an 8 - 9" shift left and 5" up. 85 gr Barnes TSX in my .243 shoot almost 8" higher than a 95 gr Ballistic Silvertip but hold for lateral shift. Quite normal stuff.
