Another dumb question guys; If one were to sight in @ 100m and get fair groupings, then move the rear sight to "D" 300m setting, would the front sight need to be re-adjusted in order to get similar groupings @ 300m? In other words do you have to adjust for every yardage setting?
 
No, the rear site should compensate for bullet drop.

Use the front site to sight it in at 100m (L-R, U-D) then all you should need to do is raise the rear site to go to 300m. However, sometimes is feel it's not exact, and it may be a notch up or down, depends on how accurately the target you're shooting at is at 300m, and or if you're shooting slightly uphill, etc.

I sighted in at 100m, flipped the rear site to 300m to shoot at a 325yd plate (pretty much 300m) and missed wide by a foot. The rear sight is adjusts accurately.
