Sightron reticle swaps + zero stop addition?

I have a Sightron S3 8-32x56 dating to 2012 that I want to add a zero stop to and possibly swap the reticle.

Has anyone done this before? Is there an authorized Canadian dealer that does this, or would it have to be sent to Sightron USA?
