Looking for opinions from anyone running a STAC 2-10X32. A search of this forum came up with only one (positive) reference to this scope. Most folks seem to have either the 1-7 or one of the higher magnification scopes. Right now I'm looking at the STAC or a Leupy VX 3i 2.5-8X36. Pros for the Leupold are that it is lighter, shorter and has a larger field of view at the highest power. The STAC has a larger magnification range and the HHR 2 reticle matches the ballistics of the intended recipient virtually to a T.
The only real review of the STAC 2-10 I could find on-line mentioned some tunneling of the field of view with the magnification set between 2 and 3. Other than that the review was positive. Any other input regarding this specific scope greatly appreciated. Thank you.
