I picked up a savage 116 30 mm mag very cheap today but it came with a sightron scope. Are these garbage scopes?

I've read almost nothing but good about Sightron - so much so that if any vendor in Canada ever someday maybe (yeah right) gets the SIIB 3-12x42's in stock for something vaguely resembling a reasonable price, I'm probably going to put one on my hunting rig and see how it fares in the bush.

Sightron makes a good scope. Optics on mine are very clear. Keep the scope.
