What kind of sights are you guys running on your Glocks?

I'm having a VERY weird issue right now. I have a Glock 31c with stock sights (not the three dot nightsight kind) and I'm right eye dominant. When I look through the rear sights (with both eyes open) and shift my focus to the front sight, my left eye becomes dominant. Depending on how long I stare at it, my right eye will eventually take over...sometimes it's 5 seconds, sometimes it's 30 seconds. It's almost like my eyes are fighting over dominance... I know it sounds crazy:onCrack:

Lastnight I shot a Glock 22 (same sight radius, since it's a full size model) with Sevigny/Warren Tactical sights and NO PROBLEMS. I've shot an XD45 with XS Big Dot 24/7...no problems and I actually like them compared to other styles of sights. Shot M9 Beretta with stock sights...no problems. You get the idea

So I guess I'm in the market for some new sights...suggestions?

Novega, it doesn't sound crazy at all. I fight with the same thing.

I'm right-handed, left-eyed. But, I'm stronger left-eyed that I am right-handed.

Plus, wait until you get to be middle-aged and you have to deal with presbyopia.

I'm working on using my left eye for sighting, so I end up looking like Horatio in CSI: Miami. If only I had his accuracy;).

Anyway, I found the stock Glock sights useless for me. I'm still experimenting. my G22 has Trijicons. My G17 has XS Sights with the big-dot front sight. These are designed for fast target acquisiton in self-defense situations. You aren't going to use them for getting bulls at 20 yards.

The best pistol sights for me are the stock Sig sights, like the ones on a P226. It's a dot on a stick idea.

Does anyone make that setup for a Glock?

I'm assuming that you know the definitive test for determining eye dominance. This one's fairly interesting: http://www.usaeyes.org/lasik/library/Dominant-Eye-Test.pdf

Some "experts" insist that we train with the dominant eye. Some insist that we shoot with both eyes open. Some insist that we train the weak eye to be the dominant eye. Other's insist that someone like me should be shooting with the left hand.

I'm still working on aiming with the dominant eye.
