Sigmaco Order

Had serious issues with the sigmaco quadrail on a LMG. I've personally seen it interfere with the piston: the piston would get stuck after firing, it was wedged against the top rear of the quadrail and was actually shaving the aluminum of the rail away. On top of that the quality of the screws used were terrible, the allen key/headhead machine screws were soft and literally all of them stripped. Could have been solved by torx bits or even just regular screwdriver bits. These are problems with a part that costs over 400 all said and done, and the screws are kinda necessary for cleaning after corrosive.

I actually had the same issue. I smoothed out and relieved the gas tube with a round file. SIGMACO did send me a replacement top cover and i managed to track down a spare piston.

PS, loving your work Greasy!

They are absolutely still in business.

Ordered 4 April
Small issue with my order (V2.5 handguard) and I didn’t get an update with my tracking. I sent an email today and had a response with my Can Post tracking like 5 minutes later.

We’ve gotten a bit spoiled with Amazon managed processes and “to the door” delivery in under 2 days.

My personal take is that someone is working very hard there to stay on top of product delivery.

I bought torx screws on AliExpress for $5, problem solved
