I own a Glock 17, S&W M&P 40, and two Sig's 226 .40/229 9mm.
I notice I have an issue when firing my Sig's. I always shoot to the left. I don't have this problem with any other pistol.
I've checked my sights and trigger pull.
Any suggestions?

This is with the SIG only? Does it happen on every shot, or just on the first, double-action pull? If its only one SIG, then maybe the gun, but if its both, then I would say its the way you are firing that model. I have a 226 and it is accurate as all get out. 2 friends also own X5 and 226 and they are tack-drivers!

If it's always shooting to the left you need to adjust your sights or your grip.

Same thing for me! I have other pistol and I only shoot to the left with my 226. I don't know why but I don't think it's the gun. I have small hand and probably don't have good grip on it.

I have the same problem with my 226. With a Glock 17 and a CZ SP-01 Shadow I was spot on at 25m but my 226 is usually left. I have Hogue grips on right now but am going to try switching to something thinner and see if that helps as the grips are quite wide. I checked my sights and they are centered but if the grips don't help I am going to adjust the sights.
