I would have to say that I never used the factory brass bead at 200yards. I know for a fact that I have no problem picking up that 10 inch gong at 200.
This is with the "Firesite" front bead which i believe is half as small as factory bead....Hope this helps you Dragoon.......

P.S. Note I also used the Williams Foolproof rear peep which also helps enormously....
